Red Clover

Red Clover is known to reduce menopausal symptoms, high cholesterol, soothe asthma. It is a source of many nutrients including calcium, magnesium niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and Vitamin C.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.

Please note the colour may vary between pale and bright due to different growing and climate conditions. Meadow Red Clover is lighter in colour. Mountain grown Red Clover is brighter in colour.
