Blue Butterfly and Chamomile Tea

Blue coloured tea that may help to relieve stress and anxiety, as well as fight allergies. It is also known to uplift mood and thereby increase productivity. The brew changes from blue to purple with a squeeze of lemon. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
