Chrysanthemum Tea

Chrysanthemum tea boosts immunity and serves as a good source of Vitamins A and C. It may help in reducing cold and flu symptoms, contains anti-inflammatory properties and potassium. Great combination with honey. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength.  Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
