Mint and Lavender Foot Soak

Relieves stress and helps your feet relax. Eases pains and muscle cramps, helps prevents blood clots, boosts nerves and muscle function. Helps treating fungal infections.

Add 1/2 - 1 cup (or as desired) of soak to a warm bath and soak your feet for at least 20-30 minutes.
