Jasmine can help reduce risks of liver damage and can eliminate abdominal pain and diarrhoea. High in antioxidant properties and is also known to soothe the nervous system.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
