Lavender, Cornflower, Rose and Oatmeal Bath Soak

Oatmeal baths are home remedy to treat variety of skin conditions, can be moisturising, soothing and inflammation- relieving for the skin.

Add 1 cup of bath soak to a warm bath and soak your body for at least 20-30 minutes. Do not use soap after, just simply rinse off and excess.
