Lemon Balm Tea

This calming herb may improve appetite, ease pain and discomfort from indigestion including gas and bloating, as well as colic, promotes sleep and reduces stress. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
