Licorice Root

Licorice root can help with digestive issues, menopausal symptoms, coughs, bacterial and viral infections, enhances liver health and contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
