Marshmallow Root Tea

Marshmallow Root can be used for inflammation of the stomach lining and respiratory track, dry coughs, diarrhoea or constipation, urinary tract inflammation. Can be used externally as an infusion to relive skin irritation.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
