Nettle Tea

Nettle contains high amount of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, boost immunity, stimulates new hair growth and is rich in minerals like iron, magnesium and zinc.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
