Chai Mix

Assam Chai mix contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce inflammation and feelings of aches and pains. It can also improve digestion, boost heart health, increase alertness and energy. 

Instructions for two cups of chai: 
1. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan 
2. Add 2-3 tsp of chai mix, based on preference 
3. Bring to boil over moderate heat and reduce to simmer for about 15-20 minutes 
4. Strain the chai through a fine sieve and serve hot 
5. Add milk or plant based milk, honey or sweetener if desired 
6. Enjoy!
