Golden Turmeric Chai Mix

This golden chai mix has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, improves circulation, can help to prevent degenerative diseases.

Instructions for two cups of chai: 
1. Add 2 cups of water or milk to a saucepan.
2. Add 2-3 tsp of chai mix, based on preference 
3. Bring to boil over moderate heat and reduce to simmer for about 2-3 minutes 
4. Strain the chai through a fine sieve and serve hot 
5. Add milk or plant based milk, honey or sweetener if desired 
6. Enjoy!
