Mullein Tea

Mullein is known as an expectorant. It can help the body expel excess mucus, open up the lungs, ease spasms, tightness, and cough. It can also soothe irritation and dryness. Store in a cool dry place.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
