Mullein Tea

Mullein is an expectorant, helps body expel excess mucus. Can help open the lungs, eases spasms, tightness, and cough. Soothes irritation and dryness. Store in a cool dry place.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
