Rose and Rosehip Tea

Rose tea is rich in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, can reduce menstrual pain, improve digestion and boost immunity. Rich in vitamin C, can aid weight loss. Add cinnamon or honey if desired, enjoy warm or chilled. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
