Hibiscus Tea

Hibiscus contains high levels of vitamin C, rich in antioxidants. Can help fight inflammation and bacteria, lower blood pressure, support liver health and promote weight loss. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
