Rosehip contains high levels of vitamin C, can boost immunity, treat colds and flus, aid weight loss, reduce joint pain, prevent stomach irritation and support healthy looking skin.

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
