Passionflower Tea

Passionflower is promoted as a dietary supplement for anxiety and sleep problems, pain, heart rhythm problems, menopausal symptoms and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Can be applied to skin burns and to treat haemorrhoids. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength.

Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
