Peppermint

Peppermint may help improve digestion, freshen your breath, and improve concentration. Additionally, mint has antibacterial properties and may improve allergy symptoms, headaches and clogged airways.  

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength.

Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
