Rose, Rosemary and Juniper Berry Bath Soak

Rosemary is a healing herb that promotes circulation and contains antioxidant properties. Juniper Berry soothes the nerves, while Fir Needle is a muscle relaxant, that can reduce inflammation.

For full benefit, mix all herbals in 600 ml water, bring to boil and simmer under a lid for 20 minutes. Pour the infusion and salts into your bath and soak for 20-30 minutes. Alternatively add all of the ingredients straight into your bath and enjoy.
