St John's Wort Tea

St John's Wort is most commonly used for depression and anxiety, tiredness, loss of appetite and troubled sleeping. 

Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.
